We cannot be responsible if you do not like what we sell or feel that it doesn't fit your criteria or needs and or how it may affect you.

Copyrights
If you post any of our images on your website, blogs or social networks you must link back to the page the image is located. If our artwork is discovered posted on any website, blog, social network or similar without a link to where you found it you will be infringing on our copyrights and other rights to our artwork and we will take legal actions as that is illegal. We allow limited rights to post our work, images or content from AlchemistPublishing.com and LondaMarks.com. You may not infringe upon our copyrights patent, trademarks or intellectual rights. Our artists retain the International Copyrights to their artwork at all times. Purchasing our works, artwork or images does not transfer any part of the artist's copyright or any other rights to you. Returns & Shipping
Packages not received by the purchaser generally is due to incorrect addresses. To keep from receiving late or lost packages be sure to check the address you posted at checkout. Additional shipping costs will be your responsibility if you entered the wrong address.

Damaged Products
We have a high quality control system in place and pack all of our orders with extreme care. Damage due to improper handling along the way can happen though. If you have a small mailbox or others handling your mail it is possible that damages can occur. After your purchase you may want to inform your mailman or mail woman to not fold or stuff your mailbox with the package that is on the way.

International Orders
We ship to most all countries. Prices will be shown at checkout.

Shipping
While we try to offer the lowest rates possible, we are at the mercy of the couriers rates. Also, we incur other costs such as packing materials, packing time and overhead for the shipping department. There may be insurance costs included too. The postal rate is only part of the shipping costs. Time frame to receive your product may vary but generally we ship your order within 3-5 business days. Since each order is hand crafted and printed delays can happen. You will be informed along the way of the process and status of your order.
