Items unused that were purchased from Alchemist Publishing may be returned for any reason within 30 days and with receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Unless an item is received damaged, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customers.

Each item ordered is white-glove packaged with great care to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If for some reason you do receive a damaged item call Customer service department immediately at 1-877-226-0526 or email us at CustomerCare @Alchemist Publishing.com. You will be instructed on how to return it. Keep the damaged packaging including the packaging materials to send back to us, and we will arrange to have the item returned at no expense to you.

When not completely satisfied with any gift you receive from AlchemistPublishing.com we will replace or exchange the gift or give you a gift certificate for the returned gift.
