Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to you via email. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours please contact us. Please provide us with the date you placed your order, what you ordered and the name the order was placed under.

Changing an Order

If the order has not been processed it may be possible to cancel it. If it has already been processed by the time you contact us, it may be too late to cancel. Call 1-877-226-0126 to speak to a customer service representative. We offer a satisfaction guarantee so you can return anything you purchase within 30 days.

How Long Does it Take to Receive an Order

Each order is hand crafted at our studio in the USA. We do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible but quality is priority. Allow for up to 5 business days for most products to be completed. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days after we mail it.
